The initial consultation is 30-45 minutes, during which we will familiarise your dog with the environment and equipment in the hydrotherapy pool room. Together with the information received from the dog’s Vet, a general assessment will be made of your dog’s requirements. An individual treatment programme will then be developed to suit you, and more importantly your dog.

All clients will need a Vet’s referral form signed by your Veterinary Surgeon. Please give us a call to discuss this, your dogs condition, treatment and any other questions. Vet referral forms can be downloaded here then taken to your vets for signing or we can help in this process by emailing forms directly.

In the Underwater Treadmill the water height can be adjusted to control the amount of weight bearing. This can be increased as the animal strengthens or recovers. The dog can also be viewed from all angles to assess how they’re moving.

  • We do require a referral rom your vet to say that your dog is fit enough to be treated and does not have any conditions that may adversely affect the dog in the water.
